Experience the wonders of lake-front senior living at Allegro. Residents enjoy lively events, first-class dining, and high-quality care at this stunning, resort-style community.

If you remember this building as Market Street, you remember the bones. It is a beautiful Viera campus that has cared for Brevard County families for years. What lives inside those walls today is something new. In late 2025, our family of healthcare companies acquired the property and reintroduced it as Elevare Care Center Viera. We didn't simply change a sign. We rebuilt the team, redesigned the program, and elevated the everyday experience of dining, surroundings, and care into something families are proud to call home.…

"I absolutely love The Blake! My Mom moved into one of the smaller rooms - I think it is just under 400 sq feet so the hardest part about the move was just the downsizing. After that it's been smooth sailing. The staff are amazing and they're always checking in on my Mom. It was only like a week or so until we would walk the hallways and many of them already knew her by name. The food is great so if you are touring, I would definitely recommend making a reservation so you can try it for yourself." - Joyce…

"I have visited The Blake on a few occasions as we work through trying to find a new place for my dad. So far I am really impressed with this location - the management and staff have been incredibly friendly. The interiors are beautiful as well. - everything looks new and whoever did their design is top-notch. They even have a piano lounge and since my Dad took lessons when he was young, that was a draw for him :) It's not inexpensive (I guess none of them are really) but we are really liking this one so far." - Jaime…

"OMG is this facility beautiful! I just toured there and everything is so new and modern - they have these incredible courtyards and the room balconies look right into them. It's not inexpensive, but the level of care and excellence is evident when you are touring. The staff engages and smiles, says hello, which is very different form what I have experienced with other tours. We haven't moved yet but my aunt has a friend who lives there and is very happy." - Savannah…

"I am a member of the care team at Addingtonn Titusville and I can say from an insider's perspective that this is a great place if you are looking for assisted living. Our management team is awesome - they really care about the staff and that in turn helps us focus on our residents. It truly feels like a team and it's been a long time since I've felt that way at a job. If you want your loved one to be cared for by happy staff, this place is a good choice." - Nellie…

"My father in law just passed away at age 95. He spent the last four years in the independent living section of Addington Place Jupiter. The management and staff have always been very accommodating and friendly. The smaller feel of this place is great as everyone knows each other. There were always great activities, and transportation available. Highly recommended." - david…

"So many things wrong with this facility. Maybe all are the same but I hope not. My mom is meant to have night checks however, on 2 occasions, that we are aware of, when this did not happen, my mother fell and spent the rest of the night on the floor in her own urine. (she does not wear the emergency button when sleeping) The list is endless. But the food! They use Sisco/Costco type of frozen/reheated food, all the time. It is substandard and most times inedible. Soup is always hot but rarely is the food. TV, internet and phone (& elevators) are frequently inoperable for days/weeks at a time. I have no way to get in touch with my mother unless I leave work and drive to see her. At the moment I see her every evening. These people are only interested in a money grab. The residents are NOT priority. I know of others who have left this facility for other places. I will be moving my mother out of Discovery Village. I cannot fathom why this place doesn't have more reviews." - Dibby…

"I cannot describe the gratitude that I have towards the staff at Bayshore Memory Care in Naples. A dear friend has moved in a little over two weeks ago. Initially it was a difficult transition. As I dropped my friend off we were met by a staff member who put her arm around her as they walked inside. From that moment I knew she was in caring and capable hands. The staff is incredible. The facility clean and welcoming. Every time I walk through the front doors I am met with a smile. I could not be happier with the decision of Bayshore Memory Care" - William…

"I am pleased and relieved that my dad is living in Aston Gardens at Parkland Commons. The staff, are amazing and have always gone above and beyond to ensure his wellbeing. A, J , and R were extremely helpful and dedicated throughout the process of getting him settled in. During the pandemic, the management has been proactive in communication and taking all the safety precautions ( which meant I couldnt visit him but that was for the best)." - Sue…

"As a retired therapist with experience in mental health and family dynamics, I believe in the importance of feedback for growth. Unfortunately, I must share our disappointing experience at Watercrest Senior Living, where my parents resided for over two years. What began as a promising solution became a frustrating ordeal, culminating in my father’s eviction—a decision I believe was mishandled at multiple levels. My father’s uncharacteristic outburst stemmed from frustrations and cognitive decline, but the Executive Director labeled him unmanageable and quickly evicted him without meaningful attempts to de-escalate or explore alternatives. Requests for documentation of prior concerns were ignored, showing a lack of transparency. Families deserve care that prioritizes dignity and collaboration, especially in complex situations." - Tamara…

"My mother has been a resident of Watercrest for 1 1/2 years. It's a beautiful facility with great hospitality. There are concerns that could take the rating down lower because she pays over $4K to stay here and she is not receiving that level of service. 1. The caregivers lose my mother's clothing items such as bras, and socks. 2. Towels and washcloths are missing and never folded neatly. 3. The caregivers continue to put the same outfit on my mom multiple times a week when she has plenty of clothes. 4. She has plenty of hangers for each pair of pants and shirts but 3 pairs of pants are hung up on 1 hanger. 5. Clothes can be found on the floor of the closet. 6. Clean laundry balled up in a chair or thrown over a chair instead of properly folded or hung up. 7. Sheets and mattress pads are balled up on the top shelf in the closet instead of properly folded. 8. The bed is poorly made up. 9. Bathroom and kitchen areas are not thoroughly cleaned. 10. The carpet only gets vacuumed when I vacuum it. 11. The carpet has been cleaned 3 or 4 times. It gets messy because she is in an electric wheelchair. 12. The caregivers have broken her desk when they move the power chair and keep bumping into her desk. 13. The room gets dusted when I dust. 14. There are always other resident's shirts, pants, and socks in my mother's laundry. 15. The trashbags are very cheap and flimsy. 16. Caregivers are not wearing face masks around the residents. 17. When my mother is not receiving occupational therapy, she does not get showers. She will go weeks/months without taking a shower. Instead, she gets wiped down in the bed. Resident's Complaint 18. The caregivers leave their dirty gloves behind, on the kitchen counter, or on the floor. 19. The caregivers sometimes can take an hour or more to answer calls not knowing if the call is a life or death situation. 20. She is not being bathed properly when she does not get a shower." - Allegra…
