Frequently asked questions
The CareScout Quality Network is the first-ever network of aging care providers where every provider has met quality standards. CareScout senior care experts independently screen providers against established safety, licensing, business, and reputation standards. That added layer of screening gives families more information they can trust when making an important care decision.
The CareScout Quality Network currently includes Assisted Living Communities, Home Care Providers and Memory Care. We plan to add more senior living categories over time. In the meantime, you can search the full senior care directory on CareScout.com.
If you choose a CareScout Quality Network (CQN) or CQN Certified provider, that provider or advisor may pay CareScout a fee. Some non-CQN providers may also have a payment relationship with CareScout, while others are included based on publicly available information and have no contractual relationship with us.
These fees do not affect what you pay, do not influence provider placement or visibility, and you are never required to use a provider recommended by CareScout.
