"This place is the worst DO NOT ALLOW ANYBODY TO GO THERE!! My Pops was there for only 1 week and I had to call an ambulance at a Dr appointment because he was severely malnourished, dehydrated, he had bedsores, and rashes, he was bruised and complained that some of the staff was mean. The allowed him to sit in his feces for hours to the point it was dried on his legs. "The rooms are double occupancy & because of that, no one is allowed to stay overnight with their lived one. The floors were sticky. It was loud & chaotic in that facility. The young man that was my father's case manager had poor communication skills & was not helpful at all. Another case manager stepped in to help facilitate our transfer to a different facility. The staff was friendly for the most part. However, they seemed overworked & understaffed. My father's CNA had 20 patients to care for. The week that we were there was extremely unproductive. Once transferring to a different facility his improvement, physically & mentally, improved dramatically. I would not recommend this facility to anyone." - Jason… Read more

"My father was admitted to Wellsprings at 8 pm from a local hospital. He is a brittle diabetic and takes quite a few medications. We were told that they wouldn’t be able to administer his medication until the next day so I was asked to bring in a dose of his evening meds. Which I did in a baggie (no bottles) and no questions asked. The next morning, breakfast was served and his blood sugar was not checked nor insulin given. He also wasn’t given any of his scheduled meds because they were having “issues” to get them from a pharmacy. Lunch is served no blood sugars checked, no insulin given and no scheduled meds given. I spoke to the director of nursing and was given a million excuses of why his meds were not given. Again asked to bring in his full bottles of his home meds. I did just that and still meds not given.
