"Recommend coffee served in the morning with cream and sugar. The water is ice cold, which caused cramps, so ask for warm water when taking medications. For IV drips, get the picc line installed so it's automatic without waking you for shots. The meals are delicious but some portions like oatmeal are way too large. Avoid their sugary drinks. "I was a patient there and I couldn’t express how bad the experience was. The place should be condemned, as the care was awful. It was so bad and the staff took a long time to answer the call button and they told me to just urinate in bed, I got no water for 3 days even though I asked for it. The room was dirty and when the cleaning people came, they just went around things. I can’t say that there was 1 person who was outstanding. They didn’t want to help. I was only showered once. The AC was not working well and I was uncomfortable all the time. Awful 😢 I asked for a wash in bed,as I was so sweaty and they said no! My whole experience there was so awful and I would never come back because of all the things above. I think the center should shut down. I’m very disappointed from all the care I didn’t get. "The rooms are double occupancy & because of that, no one is allowed to stay overnight with their lived one. The floors were sticky. It was loud & chaotic in that facility. The young man that was my father's case manager had poor communication skills & was not helpful at all. Another case manager stepped in to help facilitate our transfer to a different facility. The staff was friendly for the most part. However, they seemed overworked & understaffed. My father's CNA had 20 patients to care for. The week that we were there was extremely unproductive. Once transferring to a different facility his improvement, physically & mentally, improved dramatically. I would not recommend this facility to anyone." - Jason… Read more
