"I heard good things and had a family member who worked there years ago. I wanted my sister to go there. I called and spoke to multiple people which they confirmed services that they offered. After explaining my sisters situation and asking questions one day they stated they will check and get back to me. Later that day we got a call she was not accepted and the reasons was already talked about that it was offered. The care of patients and reaching out to help and assist them should be one of the top things rehabilitation centers should offer. "DO NOT MOVE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! My mother and I have been for over two years. In this time I have seen many management and staff changes, from what it looks like is poor pay. I have never seen the same staff twice, there’s very few faces that I recognize. I think they’ve gone through three executive directors within the short time that my mother has been here. No friendly faces, just a revolving door of people trying to get paid from your loved ones money. Good luck if you have any issue at all, they will ignore you, they wont help, then when you try to go above the director “Michele Green” the Vice President “Dan” will also ignore your concerns. "I write this review not wanting to, but I feel like I need to for the benefit of other potential customers. My brother and I entered into an agreement with Mustang Creek Estates (MCE) Assisted Living on 6/30/25, with the intent to move our 90-year-old father into assisted living immediately. We had challenges getting sign off for his release by the doctor, so we decided to wait and keep him at home for now. On 7/15 we cancelled the move in. We asked if there would be any chance of a refund, given the situation, my parents’ age and limited income. MCE came back and said, NO, there will not be any refund and in addition, we will be charging for 2 extra weeks in August due to the required 30-day notice. We understand we signed an agreement indicating a 30-day notice. MCE simply cared about taking $9,000+ from my parents with them never moving in and the ability to potentially rent the empty room to someone else.
