"This place is full of hidden fees. My parents were there for less than 5 months and charged over 44k for a substandard stay. They are actually still trying to bill us for the room after we got them out of there. The “extra” care my father was charged for was nonexistent. He has mobility issues and would have to wait for extended periods of time after pulling the “emergency “ string. The food is terrible and the portions are very small and service was very rude. There were many times they were just plain ignored. The cleaning and laundry was laughable at best. Clothes were lost and we were constantly battling ants. Any questions to the staff took several days to get a vague answer. The medication was a joke because you had to physically hunt down a nurse to follow up on prescription refills.
