"This place is horrible! The staff is underpaid, leading to low-quality employees who often spend their time on their phones instead of assisting the residents. The food is disgusting. On New Year's Eve, they served dried-out bratwurst with chips, and some residents couldn’t even keep their meals down. The cranberry juice is watered down, and there’s no housekeeping—nothing is cleaned, and residents' sheets and clothes aren’t washed. Without informing me, they moved my mom to memory care. They don’t even shower the residents or cut their toenails. Activities are scarce—only the occasional bingo because they can’t retain staff due to the poor management of the parent company. I had to contact the parent company multiple times just to get my mom’s medical records, and nobody ever returned my calls. When I emailed Stormie for help, she took 55 days to respond after numerous follow-up emails. This is beyond unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone." - Ann…
