Assisted Living, Independent Living

"I am a current independent living resident. Although I believe current management is trying, there ar multiple issues that need to be addressed: 1. The gutter on the west side of my cottage is on the ground and has been that way for quite awhile , as of 7/25/26 the irrigation system is not functioning nor is the gate or fountain, also the baking part of my range is not useable. The good news is housekeeping & grounds are excellent. Assuming there will be another rent increase at the first of the year, unless there are significant improvements I will probably look for another living arrangement. I really don’t want to do that but the ball is in Ashley Pointe’s court." - Paul…
