What families are saying

We’ve gathered and summarized real family reviews from across the internet for you. Contact a CareScout representative for details.

Arleigh Burke Pavilion receives generally positive reviews for its clean, well-maintained environment and attentive staff. Many appreciate the community's comprehensive facilities, which include a gym, exercise programs, and a variety of activities such as musical events, arts and crafts, and outings. The presence of an in-house doctor is noted, although some residents prefer to visit their own physicians. The Pavilion is described as a top-tier facility, offering a range of living options from independent living to skilled nursing and hospice care, making it suitable for those seeking continuous care. Residents and their families commend the home-like, non-sterile appearance of the rooms, which are considered functional and pleasant. However, some communication issues have been reported, particularly in coordinating between doctors' offices and financial matters. While the staff's performance is generally rated above average, there are occasional lapses in communication that could be improved. The Pavilion is particularly appealing to former military personnel, as many residents share similar backgrounds. However, the facility's location and cost present challenges for some families. The requirement of a large upfront fee and the inability to pay month-to-month can be financially prohibitive. Additionally, the distance and traffic in the area make it less accessible for some family members, impacting their decision to choose this facility. Overall, Arleigh Burke Pavilion is highly regarded for its amenities and quality of care, but potential residents should consider the financial and logistical aspects before making a decision.
