"Absolutely the worst place I ever took my mom. I wish I would have left this sooner and I feel bad I didn’t. Please don’t take a loved one here. I had my mom at a few places over the years and this was by far the worst place she ever went and I will always feel guilty for taking her here. The care was horrible. Not clean. They did not feed her (many times) she had dementia. I fought with them daily b/c she wasn’t getting her meds also. Everyone actually admitted all the wrong doings and promised it would get better. Then after one week I get a call he said something and needed put on “Home Care” at an additional $24 or $34 per hour for 24 hours a day. Then we moved him after less than a week due to the exorbitant amount charged per day. Then they wanted to charge a 30 day notice on top, but got it down to a 15 day notice. But still over $12,000 and he was only there two weeks. I was told they did not tell me not to visit for two weeks and the reason he was put on home care also changed.
