"Absolutely the worst place I ever took my mom. I wish I would have left this sooner and I feel bad I didn’t. Please don’t take a loved one here. I had my mom at a few places over the years and this was by far the worst place she ever went and I will always feel guilty for taking her here. The care was horrible. Not clean. They did not feed her (many times) she had dementia. I fought with them daily b/c she wasn’t getting her meds also. Everyone actually admitted all the wrong doings and promised it would get better. One person just blamed the next. The final straw is when I got a call from her one day ( I saw her everyday) she couldn’t talk well so I called the nurse immediately and headed there asap.
