Yes, the facility is pretty but trust me to pls dig deeper: look at the "Activity board" in Memory Care and stick around a bit to see if ANY of the activities take place, because you will see they do not. Good luck understanding your monthly bill which, for us, changed monthly while our loved one's care did not. Don't bother contacting Edwin, the business manager/ coordinator about bills unless you're prepared for a rude response and a person simply lacking the interest/ expertise in getting his #s correct. "Don't bring your loved one here if they have Dementia!!! Our poor mother was here during COVID, the facility was under lockdown. This is why we didn't notice the neglect that our poor mother endured. She kept scratching and we mentioned this numerous times. We finally took her to the doctor only to discover she had scabies. They were trying to hide this from us. Her things were always missing. They would bring her out with someone else's clothes and shoes, along with the wrong glasses. We moved her to the Waterleaf at Land Park where the service was exceptional. They had cameras everywhere. There was no way a patient could walk out. I saw a patient walk right out of Fair Oaks Estates, the staff chase them down. On the day we removed our mom from Fair Oaks, they brought out her recliner with dried feces all over the seat. And with only six beds, they make sure you have one on one response. Where some facilities may just provide a bed.
