What aging with dignity means to us...

"Preserving and protecting individuals' privacy while providing care. Giving the individual choices in what is done and showing respect of their choices."

Our caregivers are...

"All Lifeline Home Care caregivers have received their training from state-approved schools with certificates and licenses. References are checked and background checks are done before sending them to clients. All our caregivers are employees, not contractors. They are insured and bonded."

The care we offer is unique because...

"For over 20 years of serving our community, we at Lifeline Home Care have learned that each individual has a unique idiosyncrasy that is part of the individual that one must take into consideration in providing care."

Important to remember when caring for someone...

"The individual autonomy. The clients' rights must be respected, and clients treated with dignity."

What person-centered care means to us...

"The first thing is getting the detailed needs of the client during the intake process to match them with the right qualified licensed caregiver. In addition, Lifeline ensures the plan of care is tailored to meet the client needs and wants."

What would you want to know for family member care ...

"Make sure the company is regulated by the Virginia department of health. They have licensed caregivers, and all are insured and bonded."
