After my 45 yr career in IT I looked for ways to serve the elderly, initially planning to own an assisted living home I learned of the opportunity in placement referrals and have dedicated myself to this path. I consider myself a "tweener" - in between my first career and needing a care home myself! I love the opportunity to continue to serve and be useful.
