"I was there visiting with family and never once was I greeted by a single person just stared at. The odor of urine in that facility just takes your breath away when you walk in the door!!! I could Never for the life of me work in a place like this that treats people how they do or let’s someone else’s loved ones lay their longer than 30 minutes when they have to go to the bathroom!! That is ridiculous! Instead they throw a diaper on them instead of taking time to use bed pan etc.. I sat there for 5 hours and saw enough that should put this place at the bottom! If you have a loved one here I sure hope you check on them and the staff isn’t going to report everything to you we found that out. Thankfully this person will be moved to another facility." - Kim…
