"If I could give negative stars I would. While my Dad was fine there when he was able to change his own clothes, shower, and walk, as soon as he couldn't, he received zero help whatsoever. Staff never notified me that he suddenly became delirious until he fell and broke his hip, wearing DAYS old dirty clothes. This was caused by a simple UTI which never crossed their mind to check for. Its a common thing known to anyone in the medical field. One thing lead to another and he was sent back to the facility for hospice. Quail Creek only allows hospice companies of THEIR choice. The hospice is only allowed to take readings TWICE a day. They are not allowed to stay, not allowed to give pain medication, not allowed to give physical care, cleaning etc. They are allowed to take him to the funeral home though.
