"Evergreen rehab center has changed they have new owners. My family was a repeat patient at that facility but this year June 2 we sent him there and it was the worst service in the world. They did not even provide him with hot food cold food. They have no blankets on the facility he’s 76 years old. He gets cold. He’s a dialysis patient accommodations terrible service. The room smells like urine. They don’t change the sheets not why he was there. No no hot food. It took over an hour when you press the button for a nurse for her to respond. I’ve spoken with upper management. This is not acceptable because if they did that to him they are doing it to all of Their patience I sure they’ve treated the other patients the same way don’t take your family there because they go in, but they don’t get to come out.
