Nursing Home

"Visited loved one here many times recently and they were on the short term hall. They had urine all over them and bedside table. Their Diaper was bulging and leaking as if it was not changed for the day. It was 1pm! They simple just need physical assist to the bathroom but due to lack of care, request diapers. I asked the patient how long it has been since they ate a meal and was told they ate pizza for breakfast. Nursing/CNA staff gave attitude or ignored me when I shared concerns. Call lights were on for 15 minutes or more, people screaming out for help with no response. No DR or NP on duty for days? No trash bags in the room. Oxygen tank tubing 2 weeks old!!! My loved one states that they fear they will decline and die here. I hope to god the state sees this and shuts this inhumane place down. The physical therapist and social worker were both so helpful, informational and genuine people. They both addressed all my concerns immediately with other staff to resolve my concerns." - Rose…
