"This facility is massively understaffed. There is not 24 hour supervision nor a 24 hour call system. The call line exists but is not answered at night. For 74 +/- total beds, they have at most 7 care staff on duty and sometimes less. The 11:1 ratio is far too large. The majority of nurses/techs (immediate care staff) are kind, compassionate and are truly amazing people. There are just not enough of them. Communication such as care plans and updates are a struggle to obtain. The food quality and portion sizes are sub standard. Home health care is not regularly there to treat injuries.
