"Claiborne will never get more than two stars from me as long as the food, and the food service, remain as bad as they are. In a month of living here our meals that are supposed to be hot have BEEN hot exactly twice. They have stopped having real butter and instead serve that awful chemical junk. The wait staff constantly bickers at each other AND the residents. They write down orders and then often don't serve what was ordered. Meals are never served to a table together. Very often, like this evening, one diner is completely finished their meal before the other diner gets their meal. Deserts are often served well before the person has finished their meal.
