"*** WARNING**** My Grandparents signed a "Lifetime Contract" with Provision. They loved the space, the people, the food, and care my grandma was receiving in memory care. Now a year later, Story Point is gutting their services to save a penny. The friendly service is gone and the food is terrible with smaller servings (On BBQ rib day the residents were served 1 pork rib). The worst part is, Story Point demanding a new contract which is $900 extra per month on his already stretched income. So much for "Lifetime Contract"... My Grandpa and several other residents are being high pressured into signing new contracts or leave, knowing some of them have no other options. Needless to say, we are now in the process of moving my grandpa to another location to escape this place. The facility looks welcoming, but don't believe the fake smiles and old reviews!" - Jacob… Read more

"I beg you not to put your loved one in their memory care unit. When your loved one declines, the management will tell you they can no longer care for them and your loved one will be asked to leave. The salesperson is very sweet and will make many, many promises but none of them will be kept. When your loved one requires extra care because they have declined, they will be labeled undesirable and kicked out of the facility. I have witnessed this happen to 7 residents in the last month. The aides are young and inexperienced but try hard. Most of the nurses are very caring. It is the management that is heartless." - Cathy… Read more

"SIMPLY PUT!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!!! Worst i have ever seen. Staff, wait what staff, theres is only 1 or maybe 2 people again maybe 1 or 2 people in the building at night, no nurse after 7 but say on call 24 hours which is a joke. Have called the osbudsman twice already just within 4 months. They will lie straight to your face and promise the world in your first meeting and after that you'll never see or talk to them because they dont return your calls because the receptionist screens your calls and the famous line is , " oh! Their in a meeting. If nothing else stay away from this facilty. I work in health care and i cant believe this place is allow to operate or even keep its door open. Please look for another place if you really care about your loved one. this is not the place. This place should be shut down!!!!!
