The building is wonderfully decorated and puts us at ease when we enter the lobby. The rooms are well-designed and spacious and capture a lot of natural light (very cheery). The people living there looked happy and were joking around with the staff. Several activities took place when we visited, and the gym was full of people doing exercises. When you meet the activities leader and the therapy manager, you can tell they are pros. The activities are about “resident engagement,” the therapy manager is determined to get people to move and stay moving at a high level. "Staff say different things about care and services. There is no orientation for the family to ask questions. Main staff seems incompetent. They don’t answer emails, phone calls, etc. They say that they’ll do something, but don’t. Not professional. Very disappointed. Food is not good. Seems to have turnover with caregivers.
