The Landing Of Brighton
From $5,710/mo
"I cannot recommend The Landing at Brighton based on my experience. The physical environment is disappointing. Harsh lighting, sterile design, and a lack of warmth or thoughtful décor give the community a cold, institutional feel—more like a hospital waiting room than a place anyone would want to call home. The biggest disappointment, however, was the food. Meals were consistently poor in quality, lacking flavor, variety, and presentation. The kitchen and dining room also appeared chronically understaffed, resulting in slow and often disorganized service. The bright spot is the frontline staff. The Activities Team goes above and beyond to create engaging programs and meaningful moments for residents. Most of the aides are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely committed to residents' comfort and well-being. The dining room servers also work incredibly hard despite being understaffed. They are the heart of this community and deserve far more recognition and support than they receive." - c…
