"I want to say nice things because overall the caregivers and kitchen staff seem to really try their best with caring for our elderly family member; And also in being helpfu and courteous to family and friends. They are severely short of caregivers and those who actually care for the residents. Kitchen staff & cooks are great despite what food options they have to work with. It seems the business is top heavy with administrative staff, some by-the-way, raise their voice if questioned about level of care, attentiveness and/or meds distribution.
