"My mom has been a resident at Brookdale since last January even though there are some great staff there they are not professional in there delivery The food is not even close to being except able we have eaten there on several occasions and should be ashamed of them selves for calling this restaurant style dining They run out of options more times then they deliver even a substandard meal It has been almost a year and I don’t understand why they have not replaced the head cook With saying this they need a manager in the kitchen food comes out one dish at a time No one leading this team just a cook that is never consistent from day to day As far as the cleanliness there is none the same stained hallways on the second floor have been the for a year when we first got my mom in Brookdale we were assured the rugs would be replaced within the month Only the ones on the first floor where everyone can see have been replaced If it wasn’t for the few good people there I would have moved" - Norma… Read more
