"This is a very pretty facility inside and out, but the care simply isn't good. My aunt was in memory care and she did not get good care at all. I certainly cannot recommend this facility and would actually direct people away from it. They left one my aunt and several other residents in geri chairs for the entire day. While the staff was pleasant, they do not seem to be trained at all. If they don't understand what a restraint is, they shouldn't be working with residents.
