"Our experience with our mother was terrible. Do not be fooled by their gorgeous building. It's all smoke and mirrors to get families in the door. Money is their bottom line. She was in Assisted Living for 2 years and it was bad from the beginning. They did have a change of ownership during our time, but things got worse under new management. There is a constant revolving door of employees, mom had no one that actually knew her or cared. She never went to meals (that we paid for) and they did not notice. She never went to activities, and they didn't notice. They did nothing to encourage either meals or participation in activities. Her as-needed medication was often missing when I called to have it administered. She was wasting away and neglected.
