"After searching for several weeks into facilities for my mother in law with Alzheimer’s, I finally found the Diamond 💎 I had been looking for that checked every one of my desires for her. It’s not a decision that was taken lightly she has been very special to us so we were rather picky finding a place for her. All I can say from start to actual placement it’s been an extreme pleasure dealing with Ronda, Tatiana and Giovanni as well as the rest of the staff. From the start of the process to the actual placement it was seamless. Today was move in day (we’d been dreading), however the rest of the staff was amazing as well. She started playing ball and doing crafts while we set up her room without hesitation.We couldn’t believe it! I am a person that worked in a professional atmosphere for my career, I have very high expectations and I’m big on reviews so I wouldn’t give a great review if it wasn’t warranted. Overall my mother is very independent and just wanted some social interaction as well as medication management. She like the home like environment a lot. "I recently visited a friend there and when I walked into the facility i almost fainted, the AC was either turned off or was broken, nobody seemed to know. They had windows and doors open to let in air, but it's been very hot and the doors and windows should be shut and the AC on right? These are elderly people who cannot stand the heat. With all the money they charge them, you would at least think they can afford to fix things. Their elevator ( which they only have one) is very slow and breaks down a lot. Not sure how they would get people out of there if they had a fire. Mind you, this facility has 4 floors filled with people and one elevator. This may be a negative review but it is truthful. I am checking back to see if they posted it, I also am saving it just in case they don't . Residents laying on their beds with a wet cloth across their faces trying to stay cool?
