"Our family is so grateful to the staff and especially to the Memory care staff. My Mother in law just went in December and although it hasn't been that long we have times the high level of professionalism from the staff. More importantly they give such wonderful care and love towards the patient. Memory care is a hard place to work...very challenging and we have noticed the patience and kindness of the staff towards the patients who really are in need 24 hours a day. In our case my mother in law was extremely anxious and cried a lot certain times of the day. She was confused and at times agitated due to her dementia. Every time a family member visited we came upon a scene of them holding my mother in laws hand and trying to comfort her and giving her positive encouragement and love. They would cheer her on and keep her spirits high. Just absolutely lovely to see.....we would go unannounced and so we know now that its not just for show. Truly appreciated!" - Monica…

"It's a beautiful place. And they have fun recreational activities. But back when it was the Heights the caregiver seems to be more knowledgeable. Now they're starting to lose staff and instead of getting two caregivers that you payed for they're on this ending getting one. I hope they get their act together soon. Or they're going to have people start to leave." - Mad…

"This community offers care options for those that need assisted living as well as those that may need Memory Care which is provided in their sister community across the street. The prices seemed to be one of the most affordable in San Fernando Valley with staff that live on the premise. If you are looking for a hotel-like experience this is not a match. If you are looking for a quality care on a budget, you now have an option!" - Jorge Speede…

"My wife has resided at Memory Care at Sage Glendale for several months. Her incoming transition was difficult, as might have been expected. but the staff, especially Thomas, the Director, could not have been more helpful. He understood my wife's anxieties from the start, and assured me that he would oversee her comfort. In the first weeks my wife was confused, not sure why she found herself in a new home. But the staff, so considerate and warm, made her achieving her comfort much easier. Her idiosyncrasies were responded to, and she was gently guided towards the many activities and pleasures of living at Sage Glendale. My experience of the staff is that they are always ready to help, and smile often as they do their work. They got to know my wife quite quickly, and they seem to understand her, even in the confusion of her dementia. Geraldine is one of the med techs who frequently help out. Ditas is also always solve problems and seek solutions." - Michael…

Highly recommend." - Scott…

"I am very lucky we found this place for my grandmother in LA. I was skeptical at first that my grandma would be okay away from home but I feel like she has really come around and I think a big aspect was Sakura's cultural affinity; there are a lot of people here who share my Grandma's native Japanese language and culture. I have seen more luxe places in LA but this place was very tidy and well put together without being ostentatious. Ultimately i think it's about the community of people and this was the right one for us!" - Grateful…

"My mother lived at The Terraces for almost two years...until it burned down in the Eaton fire this past January 7, 2025. She LOVED this place, and so did I. It was so warm, welcoming and cozy, with fireplaces on each of the three levels and cute sitting areas. The lobby was bright and airy and also had sitting areas. All the caregivers, staff, and especially Sam B, were nothing less than wonderful and they all knew each of the tenants by name. Sam interacted with each and every senior and they LOVE him! The night of the fire was one of the worst nights for everyone...the whole place was lost...and unfortunately, so was our little community. I say "our", because even though it was my mother who lived there, I felt like I was a part of the family too. I am hoping and praying that they can rebuild soon, this place truly was like no other!" - Christine…

Even the helpers were great and honestly cared about all the residents. Thank you for your services! John" - John…
