"Small correction to PRIOR COMMENT listed. Rhoda and Tamara are no longer here as are a long term chef and a couple of dining room staff members. ALL are MISSED! Limited income seems to be their reason for leaving. Our MANAGEMENT STAFF has difficultly REALLY helping citizens. It appears that the CALIFORNIA Management staff are VERY busy due to the MULTI LOCATIONS - thus Hendersonville property still have damaged homes ( From Helene and other storms) 4-6 months .Our management has not received COMPLETE REPAIR APPROVALS QUICKLY.. Several homes damage is increasing since nothing has been done to prevent interior damage from animals and rain. Thus, going to cost Corporate more $$. Our management staff have done their best to help with the $$ available - which is very limited. Our NEW CHEF and assistants are trying very quickly to interest all residents of new dinner times and menu items. Many residents are SLOWLY trying to enjoy the menu items . All staff members should STAY." - Frank… Read more
