"As a previous resident for over 4 years the living experience at The Grove has deteriorated over time. Culinary is one of the less fortunate experiences. Limited food choices, service is inconsistent and dining experience needs to be overhauled. Executive. Manager is unprofessional and frustrated over how to remedy resident issues that need fixing. Very expensive for what you get. Expect rent increases of 5 to 10 percent every year. Positives include friendly staff, cleanliness and engagement activities. Manager does not process criticism well. Bottom line I can not recommend this facility to my friends or loved ones. Buyer Beware" - Jerald… Read more
