"The apartments are small and when walking in the floor slants down. The kitchen could use some updates, the second and third floor carpet in hallways is filthy. Housekeeping is minimal. It is hard to get the bus to make doctors appointments.. Not all the management staff is pleasant or helpful when seeking their information. The food is repetitious, small portions, sometimes good and other times not so much. The laundry rooms could use a folding table and the machines cleaned. "The memory care here is horrible. Alzheimer’s requires constant attention and they only have 2 people on duty during the evening and about 5 during the day. We had to hire our own private caregivers to make sure my mom had acceptable care. The food was barely edible, these people can’t cut things, or feed themselves most times. It looked like the leftovers from assisted living or independent living. These poor people can’t complain! The only exception we experienced were the nurses who were always willing to help, but the woman in charge is clueless and invisible.
