"I am disappointed in the management at Rancho Village. The new management lack property management skills. Bathrooms smell, not regularly monitored. Feces on toilet seats, diaper pails not changed and at times the smell is overwhelming seeping into hallway. Disgusting! Floors are filthy and lets not discuss spills sitting on the floor of the elevator! No one present to welcome you when you come in. It appears its free reign in there. Come one come all! Not a secure system to manage safety. I am shocked by the amount of "lost" elderly are roaming the halls. No supervision, they don't know which apartment they live in. We had a stranger attempt to walk into my mom's apartment because they forgot which one they lived in. Delusional to think this is "independent" far from it! The living situation, food portions and flavor are awful. I recommend to visit at different hours, unannounced to witness how the elderly are really living. Its despicable! This is why we are looking for a new home" - Blackburn…
