"This review is in regards to their rehab facility, the Keil Healthcare Center. Pros: Food itself is fantastic. Restaurant quality for certain. Facility is clean. Cons: The staff have horrible attitudes. Staff have no problem violating the rights of patients. They do not follow requests or listen to patients or their families when requesting specific care. They use forceful handling when possible. They do not follow proper dietary guidelines or take notes on what a patient can, can’t, will, or will not eat. Staff also ignore serious issues in patients, including but not limited to, repeated vomiting, pain, poor hygiene, symptoms of pneumonia. They also do not record all of what goes on in their daily charts, as they are supposed to do. There are other things to mention. Unfortunately, this website only allows so much space to type it all out." - Rachel…
