Hillside, offers a two-room suite with a balcony. Included in the monthly fee are basic utilities, housekeeping with linens, monthly meal plans, medication management and help with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing. Ambler Court offers the same service in suites with private balconies. An indoor pool and fitness center are on the campus. The nonprofit A. M. McGregor Home is an independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, long-term care, hospice services and respite community located on a 32-acre historic estate in Cleveland, Ohio. We moved our loved one in with high hopes but were very disappointed with the results. More money does not equal more care. Big talk is worthless if no action is taken. Little to no physical activites had a negative impact on our loved one and we found the staff and management lacking the skills to handle the challenges of dementia. Physician care could've been more direct instead of relaying messages through facility staff.
