Which meant he had not eaten or been cared for that day until we arrived. In addition, we found his potty stool in the shower with a pile of feces and urine under it. This is neglect, which is abuse. There was nobody but a low level person ( who seemed totally clueless ) there to ask why he was left this way. My father in law had dementia - that is why this facility was chosen.
