Blue Palms Village at Fletcher is one of Tampa’s few CCRCs or Continuing Care Retirement Communities. This means that residents can enter into Independent Living and then seamlessly transition to Assisted Living, Memory Care or even Skilled Nursing, if or when they are needed. CCRCs also ask for a large upfront fee, $81,000 is the standard investment at Concordia, and a smaller monthly fee. This is an investment or buy-in program and guarantees care for life, if a resident starts in Independent Living.
