"My poor friends had their precious mother at this godforsaken venue, and while they are hesitant to report, I am not! Spiders! Mosquitos! Bugs everywhere! Very rough treatment from most CNA’s except for a few very, very special and kind ones. Medications were given incorrectly and Wrong medications given. Doctors are not qualified to give a dog a pat on the head, let alone help your loved one. The chaplain is annoyingly in your face at all times even if you don’t want it. The nursing staff, while generally great, the higher level nurses are like high school gossips, and not professional. I would love to mention specific names, but those who are there, will know. This place needs an overhaul. Not to mention the AGENCY therapists! You get bottom of the barrel, and barely much experience at all.
