"The Wellington director seems inexperienced. The Wellington offers degrees of care. When the director of Wellington said our mom needed more care, she Reccommended care that had a circle for her to walk in and another community. We had her evaluated and by two other communities and were told she could be on the assisted side with the more assisted package. The Wellington forced her to move out. They would not allow us to pay for that package that they offer too. The staff has talked about my mom, in uncaring ways. The receptionist has told me and my sister no one likes my mom. My mom has felt very uncomfortable coming out of her room.
