1400 Northeast Rocky Ridge Drive, Roseburg, OR, 97470
Assisted Living

"This is a lovely facility, but the service and care is horrible. The service in the dining room leaves much to be desired. The food is below par and the actual care that the elderly get for being in an assisted living facility is below what should be acceptable. I believe they have a number of really good activities and things for the elderly, but the actual care leaves much to be desired. I have known several people who have said that they requested medications for extreme pain but were ignored and they had to put up with the pain. When people have to pay so much to live in an assisted living facility, I believe they should get excellent care as well as good food and service." - Andrea…
