"Carpets were cleaned throughout bldg., however the stains are back & actually it looks worse than before, personally I think it was $$$ down the drain. Still having a huge problem with staffing as the meals are mostly Buffet & by that I mean, just what's listed on the menu for that meal, so if you don't care for it or if have dietary restrictions your out of luck! We were told approximately 7 wks. ago at least 4 or more severs were hired BUT where are they??? Have seen 1, yes, I know they have to meet certain requirements however this is beyond ridiculous & most residents are fed up with this! Still haven't received a perk I was told I'd get as a new resident over 6 mos. ago, so not holding my breath on that. "Sure, it looks pretty and appears to be a nice place. But I wouldn’t even send my dog to live here after the experiences I have had with a loved one in this facility over the last few years. They neglect their residents, they lie to you so much when trying to move in about things they provide and how our family member will be happy here which is a total lie. The few people I have spoken with are miserable and wanna get out but the management con their families into them staying. "Do NOT let this beautiful facility fool you. The 5 star reviews are from upper level staff. Unfreaking believable. My mother was in this facility. It was amazing at first then it sold and went down hill from there. The filth that I cleaned from the floor in her room was unbelievable & the mold in the shower was disgusting. I know this how, because I, the family member had to cleaned their room. The fact that she shared a room and both were in wheelchairs and each paid $6700 a month is highway robbery. This place has went through 5 executive directors in the short time they have been open. The current director has absoutley NO people skills & treats the staff terrible. I have witnessed her yelling at two staff members in front of residents and family members. The residents now have to pay for their own toilet paper, trash bags & tissues. "Sharon, Jill, Nicole, and Tina have been extraordinary in the care for my father in Memory Care. Sharon went above and beyond in any professional care to personally ensure my father’s accommodations were perfect for him and his safety. Jill and Tina, wow, could not ask for better nursing care. Both have been able to be reached 24/7 on days off to assist my family. Equally important, the nursing staff has been an incredible comfort care therapist to my family, professionally managing expeditions for the stages of my father’s disease. Their support and sheer kindness has been appreciated. Nicole is the most positive and determined person to provide joy to her residents and keep my father engaged in the community.
