Her first stay was adequate, but her second stay fell short of expectations. On the positive side, Broadway Creek offers a variety of activities that could be engaging for residents, and there are some truly wonderful staff members who go above and beyond in their roles. However, it's evident that a significant portion of the work is carried by just 20% of the staff, which can affect the overall quality of care. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our experience. We frequently noticed that call lights were not answered in a timely manner, often taking more than 30 minutes. Additionally, the cleanliness of her room was inconsistent and did not meet our standards.
