Do not want to give this place 1 star. Stephen was great at first until my mother arrived at the facility. No one on site to discuss her necessary medications, the establishment was dirty, the handrailing's in the hallway were coming off the wall. No one came to bathe or give her food. This establishment was such a disappointment, which we expected to be a relief. This establishment was unsafe for my mother which she needs 24/7 care. By Sunday, we took her out. We paid $9,000 for a 3 day stay. We requested a refund from Steven, he stated he had to pay rent and blocked my number. This experience was so unfortunate and despicable. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS Establishment!
