"Family lives here and even though under HUD guidelines you are not to smoke cigs/marijuanna, many do. STAFF doesn't enforce it, just sends out letters to everyone on doors that it's a lease violation. Staff smokes in their cars, vapes in BR or in vacant apartments. Drug deals go down,packages go missing because of lack of cameras. Staff wants people to follow the rules in handbook, but THEY DON'T EVEN FOLLOW OR KNOW THE RULES WHEN YOU BRING IT UP. No one at the front desk half the time. When they are, their on cell phones. Administrator only got position because she took the lowest amount of money and half the time not here. She may not even know what's going on if no one tells her. Maintenance just puts band aids on the things they fix so it breaks in a month. They come in apartments with no notice.
