"This is no place to put a family member or acquaintance of any kind. This place has no proper management and is extremely unsafe and disruptive. The people staying here are grossly neglected mentally and physically and left to wander the neighborhood and town at their leisure. This might be fine for people of their right mind but majority of the people here are not. EMS, fire and police are at the facility nightly and the residents become extremely violent with people as they beg for food, cigarettes and money. One particular resident screams all hours day and night at imaginary people. This place is absolute chaos and brings fear to those surrounding it.
