They said he could live there as long as he was not exit seeking. 2. I paid the deposit November 5 telling them that my dad would move in christmas day. 3. They called Dec. 10, after all plane tickets were bought and the room was furnished saying he would not be allowed to move in until January. 4. I sent updates of his symptoms, all of which are typical for lewy body dementia, and none of which involved exit seeking behavior. Dec. 12 they informed me that they would not take him. 5. They say the $500 deposit is non-refundable. Even though they are the ones who decided he can't come there. I would understand it not being refundable if he decided not to come but it was their decision. 6. "My 103 year old grandmother was placed in this place because she needed 24 hour care and our family was no longer able to care for her. When we came to visit, on more than occasion, her sheets were soaked in urine and excrement, when asked about this, the staff became belligerent and angry. We immediately moved her (at great expense) and placed back in her home. If you care about your loved one, you should place them anywhere but this place.
