Waited to write this review in hopes that certain concerns would be resolved . There is a lack of staff to take residents to the dining room, The machine for guests' name tags is not in service. "Nice improvement but needs a little more Brickmont of Acworth could be such a wonderful place if they paid closer attention to who they hire and how their leadership treats the staff. The caregivers in this community are some of the most caring and loyal people I’ve ever met they truly love their residents. The problem is the head nurse. She’s intimidating, disrespectful, and makes employees feel small and afraid to speak up. That kind of energy doesn’t belong in a place meant to care for others. The good news is that memory care has come a long way. The new Activity Director is doing an amazing job bringing life, joy, and structure back into the building.
