While the decision to move was difficult, once that was done everything else went fairly smoothly. "I visited Brookdale Alhambra and found it to be welcoming with a home like feel. It was helpful talking to the staff, they were friendly, professional and patient. The latter being particularly important because assisted living is a new concept for me and my family. This didn't have the feel of a sleepy nursing home so I think my mom would be happy here.
