Peder Johnsen brings 25 years of experience to his role as CEO, continuing a three-generation family legacy in senior living. The Johnsen family developed their first assisted living community in central Florida in 1980, building a reputation for successfully developing, stabilizing, and operating senior living facilities. After assuming leadership in 1995, Peder expanded the family business, renovating and repositioning underperforming properties and developing new communities from the ground up. In 2008, he partnered with Trent Watkins to establish Concordis Senior Living.
Today, Concordis operates an expanding portfolio of 12 communities designed to deliver the most complete assisted living experience possible. In addition to managing its own properties, Concordis provides expert management services to other senior living projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
