Emily is a CareScout Premier Advisor dedicated to helping older adults and their families navigate care decisions with confidence and compassion. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Emory & Henry School of Health Sciences before becoming a licensed Occupational Therapist. Emily began her career in inpatient rehabilitation, supporting individuals recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, and other life-changing illnesses. Drawing on her clinical expertise and firsthand healthcare experience, she provides personalized guidance, helping families understand options, access resources, and make informed decisions that promote quality of life, independence, and peace of mind.
